Meet Devanshi

Hello, I'm a psychologist dedicated to helping adults navigate life's emotional and psychological challenges with clarity and compassion.

Originally from Mumbai, I completed my undergraduate studies in Psychology before pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Neuropsychology at Columbia University in the United States. My training has given me a strong foundation in understanding both brain functioning and the complexities of human experience.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic approaches, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe meaningful change happens when we work not just with thoughts, but also with emotions and the body.

I currently offer teletherapy, allowing for a flexible and accessible way to engage in meaningful therapeutic work while maintaining a strong and consistent connection.

Is therapy only for crisis moments?

No. Therapy can support everyday emotional health, self-understanding, relationships, boundaries, stress, and transitions.

When do I get the Google Meet link?

After Razorpay confirms payment, the system creates your calendar event and sends your Meet link.

Can I reschedule?

Please contact Solace by D as early as possible. Rescheduling policies can be shared by the clinic before your session.
